DaleelAds operates on a strict no-refunds basis. All subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All payments are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time
• No refunds will be issued for downgrades or plan changes
• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with data quality or features

Why No Refunds?

DaleelAds provides immediate access to proprietary data, analytics, and tools upon subscription. Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate value provided, we cannot offer refunds once access has been granted.

Free Trial

We encourage users to take advantage of our free trial or starter plan to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. This allows you to:

• Test the platform features
• Evaluate data quality and relevance
• Ensure the Service meets your needs

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time

Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is strictly no refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Technical errors on our part resulting in duplicate charges

• Prolonged service outages (exceeding 7 consecutive days)

Any such refunds are granted at our sole discretion and do not establish a precedent for future refund requests.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account immediately
• Report fraudulent chargeback attempts
• Pursue legal action to recover fees and costs
